Hormone Therapy (BHRT)
BHRT uses hormones that are structurally identical to those naturally produced by the body.
Treatment is individualized based on symptoms, clinical evaluation, and laboratory findings.

history and laboratory evaluation, is required to determine whether treatment is appropriate.
Typical treatment intervals are:
● Women: approximately every 3–4 months
● Men: approximately every 4–6 months
Timing may vary based on individual response, laboratory findings, and treatment goals.

Patients commonly seek care for symptoms such as fatigue, low libido, vaginal dryness, hot
flashes, mood changes, sleep disturbances, and weight-related concerns. Treatment is based
on clinical appropriateness and individualized assessment.
